The Teddy Bear Shop Melbourne delivers anywhere in Australia using either courier or Australia Post. We can ship anywhere in the world and are happy to provide a quote for shipping to you. Please contact us with your Country and Zip Code details as well as the item you are interested in and we will get back to you with a quote within 24 hours
Our $15 flat rate postage is applicable to items being sent within Australia only. We do have a few items that do not qualify for the flat rate postage due to size and weight restrictions. These items are clearly marked and can be picked up in store or you may organize a courier at your expense to pick these items up.
We use a courier for most deliveries and a tracking number will be emailed to you. Items sent through Australia Post are sent using the pre-paid satchels. All Satchels have a tracking number which we will email you with once your item has been sent.
All orders will be shipped within 72 business hours after order and payment confirmation.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email advising you of the tracking information and method of delivery.
We do not take responsibility for items that were unable to be delivered due to incorrect delivery address being advised at the time for order. If no one is available to accept the order during the delivery process it is the receivers sole responsibility to make alternative arrangements with the delivery company or collect the item(s) from the post office. No out of pocket expenses will be refunded.
If an incorrect delivery address has been advised you will be responsible to pay for re-delivery of the order to the correct address.
